Welcome to Blue Sky Signs. To ensure we can deliver the fast quoting, great pricing, and exceptional results we are known for, we’ve laid out a few simple rules of the road. By approving a quote or making a purchase with us, you agree to these terms.

Payment Terms

We believe in fair trading and supporting local business. Our payment terms are straightforward:

• All Invoices: Payment is required within 7 days from the invoice date or on pick-up of your finished product, whichever occurs first.

• Deposits: For larger projects, custom orders, or national fit-outs, a deposit may be required before we commence production. We will clearly outline this on your quote.

Late Payments

As a small, dedicated team, cash flow is critical. If payments are not received within the agreed timeframe:

• Late Fee: A late payment fee of 10% per month will be added to the outstanding balance.

• Legal Action: While we hope it never comes to this, we reserve the right to seek recovery of the original funds, all accumulated late fees, and any associated legal or collection costs. We will always try to reach a reasonable solution with you first.

Approvals and Revisions

We provide artwork proofs for your approval to ensure everything is perfect.

• Final Approval: Once you have provided your written approval on a design or proof, that job is considered finalised and moves into production.

• Changes: If you change your mind once a job has been approved and printed, any requests to redo the work will be entirely at the customer’s cost. We will work with you as much as possible, but reprinting incurs new material and production costs. Always triple-check your proofs!

Vehicle Wrap Removal

We use all the professional tools and techniques required for wrap removal. However, please be aware:

• All Care, No Responsibility: While we take every possible precaution, we do not accept responsibility for any paint damage that may occur during the removal process.

• The UV Factor: The length of time a wrap has been on a vehicle directly affects the ease of removal and the risk to the paint. In most cases, prolonged exposure to Australian UV rays is unavoidable and can degrade the paint over time, making it more susceptible to damage during removal.

Pricing

• Written Quotes: Prices quoted are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

• Our Promise: We are committed to the best pricing in the Bega Valley. We will beat any written quote. The competitive quote must be for identical products/services from a registered Australian business.

Delivery & Regional Pick-up

• Timeline: We strive to deliver every project on time. Completion times are estimates and start once we receive final artwork approval and any required deposit.

• Local Hubs: We are establishing 4 regional pick-up points for your convenience (launching end of May). We will contact you with specific instructions when your order is ready for pick-up from your selected hub.
