When Facebook or Instagram campaigns struggle, advertisers often keep changing audiences. Targeting matters, but it cannot rescue an unclear offer or a weak destination.

A person who clicks an ad should immediately understand that the landing page matches what they saw. The headline, visual direction, offer and call to action should feel continuous. If the page introduces a different message, trust drops.

Mobile experience is especially important because much social traffic arrives on phones. Long loading times, oversized sections, tiny form fields and multiple competing actions can reduce the value of otherwise good traffic.

Tracking should also be checked before major optimization decisions are made. If the primary conversion event is missing or firing incorrectly, campaign data can point in the wrong direction.

Creative testing still matters. Different hooks, formats and proof can reveal what the audience responds to. But the campaign becomes stronger when creative, landing page and measurement are treated as one system.
